Getting pre-approved involves a lender reviewing your income, assets, debts, and credit to determine your loan amount. Baylee Roberts can connect you with trusted lenders to start this process.

Baylee starts by understanding your selling goals and analyzing comparable properties to price your home competitively. She arranges high-quality photography, virtual tours, and 3D walkthroughs to showcase your home online. Your listing is marketed across multiple channels including the website, popular portals, social media, and offline with unique signage. Baylee analyzes up-to-date MLS data, reviewing at least 5 active, 5 pending, and 5 sold comparable homes to set a price that attracts buyers and meets your timeline. This data-driven approach ensures your home is competitively priced to sell when you want and for the price you deserve. You can also get an instant home value estimate on the website.
Baylee ensures your listing stands out with captivating photos and immersive virtual tours that appeal to today's buyers. The property is promoted on the website, popular real estate portals, social media platforms, and search engines. Offline, unique For Sale signs with text keywords help attract local buyers and collect leads. This comprehensive marketing approach maximizes exposure and speeds up the sale.
Baylee uses technology to facilitate virtual listing consultations, online home valuations, and virtual open houses or tours. Offers and closing documents can be signed electronically, minimizing in-person contact. If health concerns prevent physical showings, Baylee can coach you on recording home tours or arrange seller-hosted virtual tours to maintain safety without compromising marketing effectiveness.
Baylee offers personalized consultations to understand your needs and explain the selling process. You can request a call or schedule an appointment online to review pricing strategies, marketing plans, and timelines. This meeting helps you feel confident and informed before listing your home.
Financing
Step one is obtaining pre-approval by providing financial documents to a lender to determine your borrowing capacity. Next, work with a mortgage specialist to find the best loan program for your needs. After your offer is accepted, complete the full loan application and submit documents for processing, including appraisal and title search. Finally, sign the closing documents and set up homeowners insurance to complete the purchase.
To get pre-approved, provide your lender with documents such as pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, bank statements, and authorization to pull your credit report. This process helps determine how much you can borrow and strengthens your offers. Baylee Roberts can connect you with trusted lenders who offer pre-approval online or via virtual consultations.
Baylee partners with top lenders who offer a variety of loan programs. Conventional loans are typical for many buyers, FHA loans assist those with lower credit or down payments, VA loans benefit veterans, USDA loans serve rural areas, and jumbo loans cover higher-priced properties. Your lender will help identify the best fit based on your income, credit, down payment, and goals.
After your offer is accepted, the lender processes your application, orders an appraisal, and coordinates with the title company. Inspections and any negotiations also occur during this period. Timelines can vary based on the complexity of the transaction and responsiveness of all parties. Baylee Roberts helps keep the process on track to meet deadlines and close smoothly.
Use the online tool to input home price, down payment, loan term, interest rate, and monthly fees. The estimator calculates your expected monthly payment, helping you understand affordability before buying. This tool supports informed decision-making during your home search.
